Frequently Asked Questions
Here I’ve collected answers to the most popular questions about myself, the “Digital Companions” project, and the process of creating AI art. If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, please feel free to contact me.
Who is Cata?
Cata is a virtual influencer and AI artist… You can learn her full story on the “About Cata” page.
Is this really created by Artificial Intelligence?
Yes, all the images you see on the site are created using advanced AI models… However, AI is just a tool, like a brush for a painter. The key role is played by a human art director who develops the concept, writes detailed prompts, and selects the best results to achieve the desired artistic vision.
What is a “Digital Companion”?
This is our unique service for creating your own photorealistic digital pet from scratch… You can read more about the process on this page.
Can you “bring to life” a photo of my real pet?
Yes, that is one of the possibilities. While our main focus is on creating new characters, we can also create an artistic portrait based on a photo of your real pet, including to preserve the bright memory of those who are no longer with us. We approach such orders with special delicacy and respect.
What are your timelines and costs?
Every project is unique, so the cost and timeline are discussed individually… The best way to get an exact price is to contact me through the “Contact” page and briefly describe your idea.
Can I do the same thing myself?
Absolutely! Modern AI tools are accessible to everyone, and we strongly encourage creative experimentation. However, creating a truly high-quality, consistent, and photorealistic character is more than just writing a single prompt. Our service is the work of an art director who:
Professionally Processes the Output: Performs color correction and final touch-ups on the images.
Furthermore, many complex generations require paid subscriptions and significant computing resources. You are paying not for a “generation,” but for the experience, time, and artistic vision that transform technology into art.
Develops the Concept: Thinks through the character’s personality and details to make them feel alive.
Creates Dozens of Iterations: Tests complex, multi-layered prompts to achieve the perfect result and consistency (recognizability) in various poses and scenes.
